RW/1200 - Device for Quadrucci and Noodles
In addition to the well-known range of devices for producing Quadrucci (small squares) and Nouille (short noodles) we are now manufacturing a new unit for producing both Quadrucci, Trida and Nouille
The relevant main features are as follows:
Unlike previous devices, this unit does not use the motorization of the stamping machine but works with its autonomous motorization; furthermore it is equipped with a truss carrier on wheels to easily put it away at the end of the production cycle.
It has to be positioned in front of the Velo/1200 and connected to the electric panel of the stamping machine. Once connected the software of the stamping machine recognizes it and activates the relevant masks and programs for its operation.
One set of cutting rolls makes the longitudinal cut of the shape. The power of this set is autonomous and synchronized with calibration through the PLC of the stamping machine.
One cross knife ensures the cutting to length. Thanks to this new knife and to its particular motorization this device is now able to produce both Quadrucci and Nouille. The length of the cut is put to recipe in the stamping machine for rapidly retrieve it and put it into production or switch from Quadrucci to Nouille, always without changing mechanical parts (the cutting rolls are to be replaced in case of changing the width of the shape)
