Kneading Machine LOBO/1000/5C
Our continuous research and know-how, acquired throughout the years, on the Kneading machines of the LOBO series, has resulted in the realization of a new series of Kneading machines, the "5C" series, which positions itself alongside the traditional Dough-sheeters, assuring additional performances, such as:
An improvement in dough consistency and in its color evenness.
The opportunity to shift from the production of a dough entirely made of flour to one entirely made of semolina, just through a single change in the working program.
A production of pasta sheets of a thickness suitable to be directly used by the greater part of the machines in operation (bow-tie Stamping Machines, Nest-forming Machines, Coiling Machines, etc.).
The Kneading machines of the 5C series offer:
A traditional mixing tank, upgraded in relation to the standard series in order to be able of inletting greater quantities of dough and of keeping it loose to steadily in-feed the kneading units located downstream.
A peculiar characteristic of this series of Dough-sheeters is their DOUBLE kneading section, the dough is actually kneaded twice, thus obtaining a substantial improvement in the pasta sheets consistency and color homogeneity.
Downstream, a compression chamber permits to compress the product exiting the two kneading sections, thus increasing the dough homogeneity and consenting to obtain pasta sheets directly machine- processable, even after the very first start-up.
The control of this compression chamber inside pressure is carried out through a recipe parameter, it is possible to shift from dough entirely made of flour to one entirely made of semolina simply by changing the aforementioned recipe parameter.
ZAMBONI excellence, matured in more than 100 years of experience in the production of machines with dough lamination units, has resulted in the creation of an end calibrating section which design features are so unique as to allow a production of pasta sheets exiting the Kneading machine of a 3mm thickness, thus obtaining a pasta sheet that can be processed directly by the operating machine positioned downstream with no need of any further autonomous calibrating units.
An electrical system, governed by PLC, controls the Pasta-sheeter operation, and, with the programming panel, it is possible to set different operation modalities according to the kind of dough to be produced.
Particular attention has been paid to the possibility of opening the Kneading machine at production end or change over, enabling to carry out swift and effective cleaning interventions of the Pasta-sheeter inside section.
