Kneading machine LOBO

Kneading machine for the production of one or two dough-sheets; equipped with:

• Feeding tank to receive the granular dough and keep it loose by means of a paddle mixer.

• Dough level control within the feeding tank to retro activate a dough call signal.

• Kneading unit with lobe cylinders which receives the dough from the feeding tank and makes the dough-sheets, dough-sheet homogeneity and consistency are granted by the high operating pressure of the lobe cylinders.

• Calibrating unit, with a 170 mm diameter, which receives the just kneaded sheet frarn the lobes and evens its thickness, thus making it suitable for further treatment by the following machines.

• Special driving motors under Inverter control warrant for power transmission to the kneading unit, while the simultaneous and proportional speed control through the Inverters on the motors makes it very easy to operate the whole Kneading machine.
